1. Who we are
Peptide Research Business Blueprint ("we", "us") sells educational business-operations training and templates at pepsellers.com (the "Site"). By buying or using anything on the Site you agree to these terms.
2. What you are buying
All products are digital educational materials: written lessons, checklists, document templates. Access is granted to a single person and is not transferable or resellable.
3. Payments and billing
Payments are processed by Gumroad, our merchant of record. Gumroad handles checkout, billing, invoicing and any applicable sales tax or VAT. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's buyer terms. Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.
4. Access to your account
After a successful payment, access is unlocked on the account tied to your purchase email. Keep your login details secure. We may suspend access for sharing accounts, redistributing materials, or abusive behaviour toward staff or other members.
5. No results guarantee
We teach process, not outcomes. Nothing on the Site promises revenue, profit or business success. Your results depend on your own decisions, market conditions and effort.
6. Not legal, medical, tax or financial advice
The material is general education only. It is not legal, regulatory, medical, tax or financial advice, and we are not your lawyer, accountant or compliance officer. You are responsible for confirming what is lawful in your own jurisdiction and for consulting qualified professionals before acting.
Research chemicals discussed in the material are for laboratory research use only, and are not for human or veterinary use. We do not sell, supply or broker peptides or any other chemical products.
7. Intellectual property
All lessons, templates and materials remain our property. You may use them inside your own business. You may not republish, resell, share, or use them to build a competing course or training product.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site or its products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or regulatory penalties.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the material, pricing or these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. We may terminate access for breach of these terms without refund.
