14-day refund window
If a course or template pack isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it. You don't need to justify the request; a short note about what didn't work helps us improve.
What isn't refundable
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
- Accounts terminated for sharing logins or redistributing materials.
- Repeat purchases of a product that was already refunded once.
How to request a refund
Email hello@pepsellers.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number from the Gumroad receipt. We reply within 2 business days and approved refunds are issued by Gumroad, our merchant of record, to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Access to the refunded product is removed once the refund is processed.
