- Gumroad — our merchant of record, which processes payments, tax and invoicing. Gumroad handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Our hosting and database provider — stores your account and access records so you can log in.
- Our email provider — delivers transactional and, where opted in, marketing emails.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers. Blocking essential cookies will prevent login from working.
5. How long we keep it
Account and purchase records are kept while your account is active and for as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations. Marketing contacts are removed on unsubscribe request.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may request a copy of your data, correction of it, deletion of it, or that we stop sending marketing. Email hello@pepsellers.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Children
The Site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
